Cartier SM love bracelet on its own, plain or 6 diamond?

I wear a classic and a thin love with diamonds, the two bracelets nest together and move together. It's almost as though they are magnetized as they never bang against one another. I sometimes add my thin JUC and that one tends to overlap the two but the thin/classic move as one.
Thank you! I actually saved some of your photos for inspiration of what the thin and regular stack would look like. I used to wear 3 regular sized loves together (rainbow/all-diamond/rainbow), but I got tired of the bulk. So far I am liking the different sizes (regular/thin) for a fresh and different look.

I would appreciate some opinions on stacking with a thin love.

I usually wear my rainbow love every day and pair it with different bracelets. In past years, I wore it with an all diamond white gold love (regular size), but even with a sweatband the clanging bothered me while exercising. I would like to wear my diamond JUC more often with the rainbow love, but I think there needs to be a spacer bracelet between. I am visiting my sister for the holiday and she let me borrow her thin WG 6 diamond to try out. Do you think this would work to wear as a spacer between the rainbow and PG diamond JUC? I have already tried it while running and the regular + thin loves do not clang together like the two regular loves did. (I always remove the JUC before running anyway).

I also have another YG rainbow love (it is really my backup rainbow love…something I do with pieces I really love that are not replaceable) and am even thinking in the back of my mind that I could possibly wear both rainbows with a thin love spacer between. Though I suppose there would still be the problem of the 2 regular size loves clanging together.

I do not have a thin love, so I can’t comment on how it work as a spacer, but the combinations you are considering with your rainbow(s) sound lovely!

When you tried the 2 regular loves with a sweatband while running, did you try 2 small sweatbands, one for each love? I use these and they work well - https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B088GXVQ67?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title&pldnSite=1 - I have not tried it with two loves though but now I’m curious.

With the two regular loves I wore them that was for about a year before the screws fell off on one, and then I never wore them again together. One would come loose almost every day, even with loctite (eventually sent it to France for new screws/threading, which took about 15 months!). I tried: one sweatband, two small sweatbands, a small athletic wrist compression support (very tight and painful, meant for a sprained wrist)- this is what I was wearing when it came loose, so I still had all of the pieces, oddly what works best of all are two new and tight hair ties (the small to medium-size stretchy ones) - two for each bracelet, crossed over each bracelet in an X formation, then they do not move but it is also not painful. With the thin + regular, I only need one set of 2 crossed hair ties for both.

This is the compression wrist band I was wearing with more than one regular sized love, which is tight enough that when one love came undone while I was running all of the parts were still secured inside the band.

I’m about 13.5cm & the 15 was perfect. The 16 was too big on me. The only problem with getting a 15 love is if you want to stack with a JUC in the future, you really need a size 14 JUC which isn’t readily available right now

so true, I love my 15 love regular size but the JUC simply does not work for a stack. I try (and try to convince myself but no, it does not fit and look good on my wrist). I do wish a 14 JUC was coming!

Go for the small with 6 diamonds. I have 2 small love, one with 6 diamonds and one without. I wear them both together and I love it. It doesn't feel too much for everyday wear. I have a classic love as well that I stopped wearing because I kept dinging it and banging it everywhere and the scratches show so much. My small love on the other hand feels soooo comfortable. I sometimes wear both small loves together or just one alone. They look great either way. if you're ready to buy now, I would get the diamond version before they go up again in price.

Do you wear your Loves on your dominant hand? I have a 3 year old WG plain Love and wanted to stack with a diamond Love, but I wonder how the contrast will be. My current WOC has quite a bit of patina, which works, but I am not sure the diamond version would blend so nicely. (I am looking at the diamond JUC as an alternative but it doesn’t stack nicely with my 15 cm Love).

that’s so me haha!! Literally it’s so hard to decide! I love the classic look of a plain sm love with a sm juc w diamonds but I too would always regret not getting the diamond sm! And I agree with you that Cartier is definitely worth the investment and holds its value! I just saw a post talking about the sm juc losing its diamonds and I was worried that would happen to the sm love? I agree the look of the sm love diamonds is stunning:loveeyes:
Reading this thread, I am not sure I saw which one you got at the end!
Please keep us updated :)

I wear the sm love yellow gold with 6 diamonds 24/7 on its own on my right hand. Its so comfortable plus I don’t like the clinging or weight of the gold when stacked ( I have RA). I also like my dainty jewellery so the small bangle actually still feels quite substantial. If I go out and want a bit more i would stack my other Cartier small bracelets on my left arm. I’ve seen the actress from Elite ( Danna Paola) wearing the sm on its own. I think stacked looks are so nice but also love appreciating pieces on their own even though most people say they don’t like the sm on its own. i wear a 17 btw
Hello, I am sorry I don’t understand what is RA (English is not my mothertongue).
I have a rhumatismal deasies that prevents me of wearing my reg Love anymore as it causes me a lot of pain :( I got a small JUC as it is super light weight but still want a Love. And the small could be the solution. Would you think that the small one could work with my condition? I am sorry to ask but I was woundering if your case is similar to mine. I would be glad to hear anyones opinion by the way. Many thanks for your responses and opinions if any :)

@Gringach

I also have RA and am sorry to hear of the pain you are suffering. I wear a regular love on my dominant, stronger hand in a slightly looser size and it does not hurt my wrists. I am not sure if the smaller bracelet will help but maybe a larger size as well? Worth a try, hope this was helpful. Good luck, take care.

I highly recommend the cuff if you want a love. You can wear/ take off as pain permits. I have issues with my dominant hand wrist and wear my cuff with no issues. I do remove it daily and some days I can’t have anything on that wrist so the cuff is great as it’s easy on/easy off.
I have a regular love and a small love that I wear on my left wrist (non dominant) with no issues ~ I have tried them on my right but with my issues it doesn’t work as there are days I can’t stand to have anything on the wrist.
I really think the cuff will work great for you!
