Thought I would start a thread dedicated to repair questions, comments, etc. as I have recently sent in two items.

I've seen lots of people speak about repairs on the forum so thought it would be good to have all the information in one place.

I sent in a LOVE ring with a missing diamond in for repair a few months ago and it took around 10 weeks to come back - it was free of charge. Really surprised at that, as it was a ring from the 90s.

Last week I sent in my small JUC for repair due to it being twisted - will update once I hear back from Cartier about cost, diagnosis, etc.

Yes. You don’t even have to be the original buyer. You can buy pre loved and then sent it in for repair

No - I've caught it before and it didn't do that. I noticed it was in the 'open' position and when I closed it again, it looked like that

That’s so good that it was free of charge! Do you think if the bracelets get mis-shapen they will always fix it for free?

I'm not sure. I'm sure if it's the first time repairing your bracelet they will. I'm not sure it would be free if I sent it in over and over again.

Reviving this thread because I just had a mishap! I have a classic size WG Diamond JUC that I just opened to remove for the night before bed and it fell on the floor- of course it hits my hard laptop case and NOT my soft rug. Now the thing won’t close without me pushing it in. The fall must have somehow moved one of the pieces out of place. I will take it in to Cartier for repair because I refuse to have such an expensive broken bracelet but wanted to ask whether anyone has had this issue before and how was the repair and were you charged to fix it?
