From my understanding, Clash will not be affected by the price increase but the two-toned Panthere watch is going up $500. This is the US. Double check with your SA to confirm.
does anyone know if juste un clou regular size bracelet with diamond head and tip will be affected?
Does anyone in the US know if Cartier will be adding the tariff on top of the price increase? There are rumors of a giant price increase circulating on other forums of 25%
When I asked my SA this question, she said this increase is not due to the tariffs, only the rising price of gold. Who knows if that will change in the future but for this increase its just about the gold prices.
I hope so! That would be a pleasant surprise if they are willing to absorb the tariff cost instead of pass onto consumers.
I think this is mostly true but watches are increasing a lot due to tariffs on Switzerland.
Would recommend to even just use the money to buy a ticket and get it in Switzerland! 😆
I believe even with the price increase in Switzerland, it will still be cheaper than buying it anywhere else (except Japan).
Do we know what date the watches will have a price increase? Is it also 5/14? Specifically considering the panthere small RG with diamonds and the SS+RG combo panthere with diamonds.
My daughter works for a watch company under the Richemont umbrella and she was informed the Cartier staff purchasing website will be down from May 13th and reopening on May 19th.
SA with 5th Ave Mansion NYC told me the Classic Love Bracelet will NOT have a price increase. This is different info from what one of the SAs at a different NYC location told me. If it is true that the price will not increase, I think it is very classy and an indication that they do not want to alienate potential new buyers. It also means the ratio of actual gold value to dollars spent is better than it was before.
I also heard this about the love bracelet yesterday at the store. That the price will not be increasing at this time
Does this mean only the classic model will not have an increase or all sizes (small, medium) will not be going up?
