I wonder if this might be a reason why the newly launched hinged Love line is unavailable to purchase online (cannot even place a phone order). Are they waiting for a price increase to make them available? 🤷♀️

I don’t think the love line will be affected in the US. This is according to customer service 1800 number.
Did you happen to ask about the JUC line?? Considering pulling the trigger but I would’ve preferred to wait until after the holidays!
No i didn’t, sorry only asked about the love hinge. You can call them and ask they’re forth coming with what they are aware of but it should be noted that the Miami boutique in the US said the increase would affect love while customer service said they are not aware of an increase for love. Two conflicting messages.
I hope that this is the case as I am planning a purchase. also, kinda messed up for them to do it right before a major gift-giving holiday.
I was trying to buy the Love cuff online through e-Boutique, but it is not available here. And upon query, I got a reply from Cartier Client Relations Centre that unfortunately, the bracelet would be available again in April 2025. (Perhaps after the price increase?!)
I really hope so too! She said she’ll let me know if anything changes.
Sentiment or lack of good will won't have anything to do with the timing of an increase - the rising price of gold globally will be what's driving it - gold prices are currently at record levels. Buying gold jewellery from anywhere will always need to factor in what the current global price of gold is and take that into account, Cartier is a business and like any other business has no choice but to increase its prices in order to continue doing business and meeting its own costs incurred making all those beautiful creations we so enjoy and appreciate.
Though, unfortunately, if gold prices go down I doubt Cartier will be reducing prices accordingly 😂
I understand. but to increase prices during a time of year where there are multiple major gift-giving holidays also seems chaotic.
Actually gold prices went up from what my SA and that is the reason Cartier wants to do a price increase soon!
I noticed this on their site last night which I thought was weird and was wondering if they’re going to do an increase. I hope they’re not raising the panthere by 1400. That would be ridiculous.
I think it’s a special face watch with sunburst diamonds hence the price difference.
