I saw a post earlier today that the small love with diamonds is going up 8% in Paris for sure, and sounded like everywhere too

I was in Milan, Italy last week. Both SAs from Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels confirmed that the price increase is coming around next week. The increase is about 5%+ for all products. This is due to the price increase of gold in the trade. So it's not a regional thing - it's global, and it will extend to all jewelry brands.

Price adjustment confirmed on 9 May in HK, but not all items are included. Some prices will be even reduced.

Why do you say minimal impact? They are saying 5-10% increase. I don't think your SA has the correct information.

I was told by my SA today that not everything will increase in price. It seems like it was the wedding/engagement pieces which was subject to change.

Looks like the price increase happen today in Australia? 4 diamond went from 15900 to 16000… not going to beat myself up paying $100 more as it could been worse.

Hasn’t happened yet, as I purchased some things today and was told price increase 8th or 9th May. It’s varied across different items, so it depends on what you are looking for. You are right though, some higher priced items only increasing $100, depending on what it is, it doesn’t seem too bad.
