I have a pricing question if you can help? I am in the US. I dont have a Cartier in my state, so usually buy from my SA in another state and have it shipped into my state- and I pay the state tax in my (receiving end) state. but I was on the website last night, and I saw that online only charges 4% flat tax to a state (like mine) that doesnt have a boutique. Does anyone know if my SA will charge me the lower online flat tax, or the higher normal state tax?? It is a significant different- less than 1/2 my states tax rate.
any info welcome!

I have ordered online twice to different states and both times was charged the tax of the receiving state (NJ 6.625% and DE 0%). New Jersey has a Cartier boutique but Delaware does not, but Delaware also has no sales tax. I'm not sure what this 4% flat tax you saw is, but I have not encountered it.

hmmm...interesting- thank you! I think because my state doesnt have a Cartier boutique, all online sales have to be charged tax- so it is a set 4% online. I took notice of the 4% tax rate as I was making purchases on Fashionphile- then went and checked Cartier.
thanks again for the advice.
