Just got the info from my SA, will be another price increase in Hong Kong in Jun or Jul. Don't know the exact date and I believe would be for Asia Pacific area.

This is the Richemont stock chart. Somehow we have to justify this increase - which I am really happy about as a larger stakeholder.

Still, the increases at Cartier are not excessive in my view.

If you compare to the price equivalent to the gold used we pay a lotttt more for just brand name and craftsmanship. Luxury gold jewellery is always over priced!

The Cartier paved thin bracelet the last time I checked was still 26700. Today I checked price is up by a 1000 usd can anyone tell me when was the increase. I totally missed it

I must be on here too much...last night I had a dream I went into a Cartier store to try on some pieces and brought it up to the SA "so, I heard there's a price increase coming up" and the SA replied "oh? where did you hear that?" I said "online" and she smirked and said "just for you *wink* yes, there is one coming up in June"

I have a pricing question if you can help? I am in the US. I dont have a Cartier in my state, so usually buy from my SA in another state and have it shipped into my state- and I pay the state tax in my (receiving end) state. but I was on the website last night, and I saw that online only charges 4% flat tax to a state (like mine) that doesnt have a boutique. Does anyone know if my SA will charge me the lower online flat tax, or the higher normal state tax?? It is a significant different- less than 1/2 my states tax rate.
