Cartier Price Comparison (LHR vs Paris)

Hi everyone! Apologies if this is a repeated question, I've been trying to search for the answers.

I would like to know what's the experience like shopping in LHR vs Paris stores. And if you were to purchase jewellery, where would you be saving the most? It seems to me most of Cartier prices are now more or less priced controlled.

I'm also considering if I should purchase when flying out of Singapore Changi airport (7% tax). Any opinions are welcome!

I think the store at Changi airport does not carry jewelry. Just scarves, bags, pens, perfumes.
