Can you explain how your resize process went? Time and fee and whatnot?
I’ll try my best.

I brought my JUC in for an estimate last September and my two Loves in October to the Cartier store. The estimate came back shortly after. (Maybe two weeks?) I believe the store sent them either to NYC or Paris for the estimate. I can’t remember. The estimate explains the work to be done, time frame and cost which was 30% of the current selling price. Once you agree to the terms, the bracelets are sent to Paris to be worked on.
The time frame estimated for my JUC was 24 weeks and was ready for me to pick up in 12. I paid at the time of pick up.
My Loves were estimated to take 20 weeks and my all gold one was ready in 12 and I’m still waiting for my 4 diamond one. Now that I think about it, it’s been about 20 weeks now. I should call and check on it.
I will add… when I received my estimate for the Loves, the service assistant gave me the option of paying 30% for new Loves from the store if I didn’t want to wait for the work to be done and if I wasn’t intent on having the same serial number. (I could have walked out of the store with two new Loves in the size I wanted)
It was tempting and I’m not attached to my serial #’s in any way but since my JUC was already sent in, I decided to have the work done and wait for my Loves.
Another thing I will add, all three of my bracelets were sized down by 2 sizes. I believe the cost is 30% of the selling price no matter if you size up or down. The 30% was a promotion from their usual 60% fee but when I picked up my JUC I was told it was such a hit, they were keeping it at 30%.
Hope my info helps. If you have any more questions or need clarification, let me know.
Edit: so sorry. It’s a 30% fee, not 3%!
