TBH I have mixed feeling.
I like the comfort of 15. I don’t really feel its presence due to less movement, and not weighing down on my hand. Con is since it’s the smallest, I have limitations on other bracelets I can stack with nicely (eg.doesn’t overlap each other). Most bracelets aren’t made for smaller wrist. But if you’re 17 (or even 16), then this shouldn’t bother you.
With 16, I have more choices on stacking. I wouldn’t say it’s uncomfy; just that I can feel it throughout the day. But I do wear 24/7 so that may be a little different from your case.
On hindsight, we have two arms so having both sizes on different hands solve my problem!
