Cartier Love Bracelet Sizing Thread!

I have a question about sizing, if I can please ask you ladies. My left wrist (where I plan on wearing Love bracelet) measures 15cm. What would be a good size, if I don't want bracelet too snug but not loose either? Thanks.

Also, does sizing make a difference if you plan to stack (wear more than one of the same bracelet)

My preference is snug so I didn’t go for the bigger size. If you’re a heavy stacker, then looser fit seems better. But you also have to consider your “summer size” as someone puts it perfectly.

Trying out both sizes at store will be the best bet. We will see what you end up deciding! Have fun.

Hahaha I was just thinking this! I have a feeling the 16 will be tight, and 17, too loose!! But I do plan to stack, and I deeeefinitely swell up in the summer. Great point. I was on vacation last week, and could not remove my wedding rings :/ Thanks for the help! So exciting

Just got mine last saturday. Went it to check their watch for my mil without the idea of me trying nor buying. But saw the love bracelets and tried it. Didnt expect to come home with one. I got the love bracelet 16cm and my wrist is 15cm. i like it snug fit for a lesser scratch and especially bump. I have 2 kids so i am always on the go. Been wearing it since. My husband's gift instead of another bag. I hope i made the right decision. But so far i am loving it. With the regular JUC and slim. i love it. Looking forward for my next one already. but for now, i am really enjoying and loving it. Surprisingly not really OC for the small scratches that it has already. Oh and i got the rosegold coz my watch is in 2twone steel/rosegold. anyhow, Thank you for letting me share.

My wrist size is 15.3 cm in normal conditions. But when its humid or if I work out, it goes up to 15.7 cm! so my question:
does anyone has the love bracelet only 1 size bigger than their wrist size? Any pictures?

Do you regret it?

Yes i have. my wrist size is 15 and got the 16. So far so good. At first i wonder if i made the wrong decision. The SA kept suggesting me the 17, but it moves a lot more than i like it to be. considering it easily scratch, i didnt want the bracelet to be moving up and down my wrist so opt for the 16. Im okay with it, i can also sleep on wearing my jewelries so have it a big snug is fine with me. My pictures are above your comment.

The one thing I don’t like about my size 16 is that it can cross back and forth over my wrist bone, which is a little uncomfortable, so I wear a smaller bracelet (vca Perlee size XS) I’m front of the Love so it cannot go over my wrist. Vca Perlee XS is the perfect size for me, but I assume Love size 15 is smaller than that.

Maybe you can try it again in the store? For me it will still pass thru my wrist bone but i need to manually push it to go down, unlike the size17 it goes down without any help. My wrist bone is kinda prominent. I think it measures 15cm from there if not a teeny tiny bit more than my wrist. The screw inside perfectly fit and not pushing my skin. Actually after 2days of having it in my wrist, and after watching all the reviews, i went back to the shop, not the shop where i bought my love bracelet as the SA wasnt really helpful. He could barely talk and very dismissive when i ask him something. So fortunately theres one more shop nearby me and went there: Ask the SA if i can exchange the size, she said she can send it to the repair shop to check if still possible to exchange since it already has few hairline scratches. So of course before i agreed to it, i ask if i can try the 17 again. She let me try it and talk to her about my concerns. The SA was very much helpful. She said still a personal preference but for her she prefers a snug fit and told me the reasons why. I was so glad i went to her and had my thoughts confirmed. I like to wear bracelets that are not too loose, otherwise it will bang to everything since i have 2 kids and im a SAHM. maybe you can go to the shop and try again, take your time and dont let anything rush you. Bought mine in a whim and didnt even have enough time to feel and savour my shopping time, felt pressured by the SA. Wish i listened to my SO.

I’m 13.5cm, where the Love rests on my wrist. Wrist bone would be 14.
Love size 15.. I just measured myself again and found my wrist size has dropped. Lost some weight lately. When I bought the Love in 2021 I was 13.8cm.

I love snug fit; it has always been very comfy. And I feel that’s the snuggest I would go. My dominant hand is slightly bigger (I wear my love on non dominant). At the beginning, I switched between these two wrists to see what I’m more comfy with. I like it better on my smaller wrist so the Love is now a resident there. I don’t really swell (fingers do though) so it is very comfy all day long (so much so I don’t feel the bracelet mostly).

I have the little bonus of playing with my aunt’s jewelry and i feel my dominant’s can take a 16 if need be, although I find myself wriggling that hand often because the love16 would sit low on my hand when my hand is down. I definitely can feel the presence of the bracelet compared to my own 15.

So my answer is I don’t regret getting mine in that sizing condition.

I’m guessing 17 will fit you. 18 would be like pretty loose all the time. I think wrist shape also has some impact on sizing. My wrist is rather flat. Some pics, hths.

Thank you! There is no Cartier in my state, so I order by phone, and only try on when traveling near a boutique. That being said, I think I should be happy with my 16s and not question it. Your post was helpful; thank you!

I’ve tried 15 and 15. They definitely stacked flushed. While 15 and 16, the 16 can overlap a little but somehow thats only occasionally.

There are two teams on this from what I gathered in this forum. So it’s really up to you!

I don't mind where it falls around my wrist, but it does annoy me a little that it goes quite a bit up my arm, wondering should I have gone for the 16cm or is the 17cm a good fit?
