I haven’t had the pleasure of shopping with Rumi but I can definitely vouch for Kevin. I bought my YG Reg Love from him last year. He also helped my MIL get her vintage Tank serviced. Prior to purchasing my love he showed me multiple pieces I was interested in trying on and was very accommodating and patient. I’ve always had a great experience with him.

I think in general the Ala Moana store is amazing, Ihave always had great CS there. A few times I have walked in, Rumi wasnʻt there and had great help from whomever was on the floor. When I would mention that I work with Rumi they said that they would message her that I came by and what I looked at. Definitely a well run store and a great team of associates. They let you try on whatever your heart desires and do their best to make sure you have a great experience. I iwsh I could buy something, lol but I am on a ban for a very long time.
Does anyone know if there is "hawaii pricing" for cartier? I know bvlgari and some other luxury houses are 10% cheaper in hawaii and curious if this is the same for cartier? Thanks!
No there’s no discount. You may save on sales tax but that’s it. We don’t have sales tax in Montana so my SA sent my love bracelet home for no charge when I bought it.
