Cartier Earrings Thread

I must have thick earlobes because the clip backings are too tight and the posts seem short. My ears are in pain with the larger hoops. The earrings leave indentations on my ears…

Do you know the posts can be lengthened? I have thick earloops and had the same issue like you when I tried it in the store. I lengthened by 0.3mm , at the same time they helped to loosen the back clippings (if this make sense). They are perfect now! No more headache, no pinching. It’s very comfortable to wear.

These earrings are Low key yet substantial. Great for work/formal and causal. And this style can last me till I get old. Love it

After seeing the disappointment in my husband's eyes when I suggested exchanging them, I decided to keep them because they make him happy. I asked if I could get the huggie version for daily wear for my birthday this year - and he said yes!

I hope you will love it as much as I do after making the adjustments! I tried on many pairs of earrings at Cartier and still think this is the best IMO (apart from the steep price).

I recently got the C de Cartier Pearl earrings, which I haven’t seen displayed on the forum before.

They are incredibly gorgeous and substantial, and my first RG earrings since I normally wear YG for earrings but the difference is minimal and perhaps enhances the pearl more.

I can’t capture how lustrous the pearl is in pics as the SA so I enclosed pics by her.

Being that it’s New Year’s Eve, these classics are perfect for the special occasion and heading into the new year!

Hi, it is absolutely gorgeous. Are these earrings heavy tho? Do you wear them everyday? I want to wear them 24/7 but am worried about the weight!

When I purchased the earring I thought I would wear it 24/7 but I didn’t in the end not because it is uncomfortable but I do like to rotate my earrings. I would say it doesn’t feel heavy and I can easily wear them the whole day without remembering I’m wearing them. I like these earrings compare to the smaller version as the smaller one is too small for my liking and it is half hook, meaning to say my mask and hair would get caught on them easily which bother me a lot. Hope this helps

Thanks! I didn't realise if they came in different sizes as I only saw this size in the boutique not sure if there are different sizes in other countries. I have attached a picture from Cartier of the studs I purchased but in rose gold. I do not have a legers necklace but the large size bracelet but not sure if diamond size are the same. I also attached a photo of the earring beside the bracelet just for comparison. Hope it helps.

I've never tried on the style you mentioned, but I've tried on the full hoops and they are HEAVY. Like unable to wear heavy.
