I see them as more modern with the edges. However, if you are not comfortable with them on yourself perhaps you should try something else.

You should be comfortable and happy with your purchase especially for your 50th!

Does anyone have Cartier plain Diamond studs? I’m considering a new pair and doing some research, but there doesn’t seem to be too much information online about this specific type of earring. looking at studs in the 1.5 carat range.

I have a Love stud in one ear that I got a few weeks ago. I haven’t taken it out since- it’s been fine to shower in/sleep in/wear everyday.

Does anyone have the huggie love hoops?? I think I’d rather have those over these hoops (bc they are so heavy) but I can’t find a single post! Cartier says the huggies are 12 mm vs 10 mm for the mini love hoops that seem to be more popular here.

I have this style of Love Hoops, if this what you mean? They are substantial in size but seem very lightweight and comfortable to me. I have sensitive earlobes so I can’t wear very heavy earrings. I took a photo next to my love bracelet like you did so hopefully that helps for reference.

I must have thick earlobes because the clip backings are too tight and the posts seem short. My ears are in pain with the larger hoops. The earrings leave indentations on my ears…

I just noticed, yours are a different (older?) style with backings! I bet that would make a difference for my comfort. I think it is the pinching more than the weight I don’t like.

Yes exactly, mine are the older style with posts, I do believe that is why they are so comfortable.
