I'm not near a boutique to I called the 800 number. If you check my past posts on this thread you'll see that it was a bit of a struggle but after that I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Thanks so much for this info. Would you know if they will change the backing for the small Clash hoops as well? I tried them on yesterday and had sooo much trouble putting them on (but I bought them anyway ). I asked my SA if they could change the backing to either the push back or butterfly but she said it’s not possible …. Now I’m just wondering if she’s misinformed …
I only have experience with the Love Studs, but I don’t see why they couldn’t change the backings on the small Clash hoops - unless the work needed to be done would be too extensive. I would, however, inform your SA about the policy and see if she can look into it for you - or if another SA in the store knows. It seems like they offer this service via their own policy, but then none of the SAs know about it. You could also try calling the 1-800 number on their website. Good luck and keep us posted!
DH surprised me for our first anniversary with my first Cartier piece, the Love studs in WH during a trip to Istanbul 
Anyone have the small JUC earrings with diamonds? Is it comfortable for every day wear with other piercings?
Help! I’m debating between the Love Earrings in either white gold or yellow gold. I’m usually a white gold girly, but for some reason I think Cartier pieces look a lot better in gold. To add onto the dilemma, I recently got my second piercing and the earring is silver. Supposedly not to touch/switch out for 8 weeks so I don’t know if it’s look wonky with yellow gold and silver together. Please let me know your thoughts.
I was many years into silver colored jewelry but with my first Cartier Love item I switched to more yellow Gold and mixing both metals. That is also what I do on my left ear. Small YG love hoops and wg piercing.

Thank you so much!! I am also really happy with this mix. Also on my right wrist I am mixing yellow gold loves with a white gold d´amour bracelet (as you can see in my current profile picture).
I was not planning to buy any jewelry but then this gorgeous earrings popped up (along with other beautiful pieces) on one of the social groups, and the seller happen to be in the same city as me! This is a vintage piece from 2001 but is in excellent condition. Shiny like new ❤
