Cartier does not let you try the Love bracelet on?

I have tried on love bracelets in Cartier boutiques in two different countries. They only fastend one screw.
I would'nt have bought one without trying it on first.
I have tried the large and the small trinity gold bangles too.

I think thats horriblle! My store in Scottsdale let me try on several different love bracelets.

That is disappointing that some people have not been able to try it on before purchasing! I understand about the screws and scratches but they should definitely have some "floor models" solely for the purpose of trying the actual bracelet on the wrist and not just the steel sizer. I think it is especially important to be able to try on the actual bracelet since it is something that is worn 24/7. I am planning on buying one soon and would not purchase it if I can't try it on first.

Does anyone have any experiences with any of the Cartier boutiques in NYC or in White Plains, NY? I will be going to one of those boutiques since I don't have one locally.
