Personal opinion, the Cartier is better made and better quality than the Tiffany. Every time I walk into Tiffany thinking I will walk out with a DBTY I always feel disappointed and left empty handed

Interesting - what aspects of quality were disappointing? I haven’t had a chance to try both necklaces on yet but can’t wait to try them on and see the differences.

Bear in mind that it does really depend on your build .. I think previous poster is slim and petit since the necklace comes below her collar bone and looks to be a a good size on her .. I believe the Cartier xl is around a 19ct.. I had the xl Cartier It was close to the neck and looked tiny on me .. I am 5’6 and 13st

I love it so much I want to buy the matching bracelet, but the dangle part is stopping me. Im afraid it will always turn like my necklace. Now that I own it, I am really wanting to get the Tiffany DBTY one in Platinum. Thant way I can wear yello or white metals depending on my outfit for the day. I really thinks you can't go wrong with either of these necklaces!! They are both beautiful . I will post a pic of how it looks on my neck when the dangle C constantly turns to the bottom of my neck

Thank you for sharing your experience and your photos! I do think the dangle finding it's way to the front would probably bother me. I have a Tiffany bean necklace and am always fidgeting with it to make sure the clasp isn't in front next to the bean. Seems like several people own both Tiffany and Cartier. I think there is room for both!

The chain and the quality of the diamonds, I never feel wowed by the Tiffany pieces (obviously not talking about higher Jewlry) and the diamonds are not graded at the lower end, I know it’s the same with Cartier diamonds, but I feel like the chain is more solid construction and prob last longer.

DBTY looks like floating diamond since the fine necklace kinda melt on my Asian skin. Whilst cartier Heart is more visible overall. Both have its own oomph effect.

The diamond never flips or pokes. My baby pulls on the chain often and no problem there.

Hi very Happy! I got the xs size due the price point, it was the cheapest lol. Im glad I did. It is really a great every day piece. its dainty but well made. I sleep in it, shower in it, and work out in it. It has held up extremely well! Im thinking of ordering the matching xs bracelet this week, my husband has finally agreed to let me !
