Cartier 10 Watch Slot Case + Jewellery Box

Does anyone know how or where people get these Watch boxes and jewellery cases from Cartier?

Are they gifts from Cartier SA? Or are they only given to their VIP client lists of watch enthusiast? Or can they be requested at the boutique to custom order by anyone?

Is it for sure authentic? I have seen them give out multi-watch boxes, but they are usually lacquer/wooden ones of higher quality.
