I think you're right. They told me it takes a few days to prepare to ship to Canada. It's only been a week, but I'm probably super sensitive to it from a bad past experience where it sat like that for weeks on end & I finally had to cancel.

If it is bothering you, you might want to try contacting CS. I think their CS has been much improved lately from what everyone is saying.

They are working to improve international shipping times, but it will be a few weeks before new processes are implemented.
