 That is not even peeling. I think the original owner might have spilled rubbing alcohol or something on it or maybe tried to remove a stain with a magic eraser. That does NOT happen with normal wear. Definitely return. LV would not help you at all.

SHAME on the seller for not disclosing this, very dishonest. And like new my a$$. That's horrible, you should definitely get your money back. That's not even gently used condition!

Hey guys, I was just admiring my 2 months old Neverfull PM but saw this on the corner of the bag. It looks like the canvas is peeling. I wore the bag for less than 5 times as we are all staying home for the virus right now. The bag was purchased in a store. With the stores being closed and no date for reopening, should I email LV customer service?
Thanks in advance guys!!

Those look like scuff marks not peeling. Take a non alcholic baby wipe or a damp cloth, put some elbow grease into it and it will come right off. It happens when your bag rubs up against something. Done it a few times myself.
OMG I just wiped the bag with some water and towel “very hard”, it came off! Lol. Now I feel dumb ...Had my old NF for 2 years and never got any mark like this before. Now I can have peace of mind. Thanks much!!!
