I am burning the small wood wick candle at the moment and my room has a sweet honey scent to it. So far so good.

I love the tea lights from Toadily Handmade.

The tapers are from Bluecorn Natural. I haven't burned any yet.

No need to feel bad

They are sweet smelling which I am not used to. I will still use them.

I am glad you like them!

Some batches of wax have a different character, its dependent on the age of the wax, the kind of pollen etc.
That is why handcrafted beeswax candles have a variety of colors and scent...

Thank you CobaltBlu for all the information. I am going to pick some up at our farmer's market from the honey lady!

I was wondering about soy & GMO, so I have stayed away. I wasn't sure about the beeswax. Now I know to look for 100% pure.

I quit burning candles a few years ago, except for power outages, because of all the synthetic materials.
