Canard Reveal .Love at First Sight!

Well, my whining about needing a turquoise bag has paid off….quite unexpectedly. I got a text from my SA at Valley Fair about a bag she thought I'd like and was holding for me to see. I had seen some photos of Canard and was convinced that the color would not be bright enough for me. But I went by to see it and boy am I glad I did! It's a turquoise with a green cast to it in some light. I can't get a good representation with my iPhone but I tried.

The 1st photo is comparing it to the turquoise on my ML bag. The 2nd is of the bag sitting on the arm rest of my open car door. The 3rd it hanging on a closet door and the 4th is laying on a silk tunic. I am totally in love with this color and it's going to work with so much of my newly updated wardrobe!

***And thank you to all my devil's advocates who so wisely made me realize that the green bag (Irish) was not what I really needed right now!

#1. It's not this bright. #2. It's closer to the teal than the aqua.

I live three hours away but have family in this area. BV at Valley Fair is only a 10 minute drive when I'm in town. Damn dangerous!

According to Edgar at the Crystals, Canard is a limited test run in the US: the pillow, large Olimpia and a wallet. Nothing larger right now. Of course I asked about the cabat.
