i purchased something from a nm over the phone and had it shipped to me in nyc. is it possible to return it at bergdorf or do i have to send it back to the nm i bought it or go to an nm myself?. if anyone knows the answer to this, that would be great. thanks in advance!

I don't think you can return a NM purchase to BG. I think you can go to a local NM store and return it or have it shipped back to the NM store you bought it at if you are unable to find the time to go to a NM nearby.
