Can the label a chanel bag wear off?

Hello all! I realize there is an authenticate forum, and I will post there if my concern is nullified, but I have just received a chanel reissue accordion from 2008 and the inside chanel made in france white label has half worn off. does this happen???????

Do you mean the hologram sticker?

Then yes, they can peel off eventually. My 2007 baby cabas label is slowly peeling off due to rough use.

But since you just bought it, you might want to have it authenticated.
