Can someone tell me if my vline is assymetrical

Hi guys

I'm 60 days post op jaw and chin liposuction, sliding genioplasty & jaw bone reduction. I know there is still *Some* swelling but surely something has gone wrong

The right side looks so much larger and droopier than the left.

Can someone please confirm that this is the case?

I wouldn’t say too much, took me a moment to actually notice a slight difference.

We tend to swell more on the right side of the face and 60 days is not long for fc post op.
You can definitely talk to your surgeon but i think it’s wise to wait for 6 months post op to make any conclusions. If you are growing impatient try getting a new CT scan

Show us your CT, could be just natural assymetry

Give it 6 months to a year post-op before you reach a conclusion to how successful your facial contouring was.
I was slightly swollen for 6 months and it appeared uneven especially immediately after surgery. Happy healing!
