Can Saks Merchandise Credit be used at LV inside Saks?

Anyone know if I can use a Saks Merchandise Credit at a Louis Vuitton store inside Saks? I read threads where ladies have had luck with Saks Gift Cards but anyone know about MC's?

I'll answer my own question in case it will help someone. I called Saks LV and they confirmed I can use a Saks merchandise credit at Saks LV.

Thank you for this! I was just wondering the same thing because I got some store credit back as a price adjustment a while back and couldn't decide what to spend it on.

I would like to add that I was not allowed to use my SAKS Gift Cards to make a phone purchase for LV (I do not live near a SAKS with a LV). They told me I had to be in-store. YMMV.
