hi just a quick question. my 1977 Trim which i was given had suffered in the hands of previous owner - some marks where someone has tried to use boot polish on the leather (!!) but more importantly it looks like someone has used a solvent on the closure strap so the HERMES PARIS etc gold lettering has been rubbed off. )it is barely visible to naked eye). can Hermes refurb this and the overall condition of bag if it goes back to paris??? i will try and get DH to drop the bag in next time he is in Paris store.
