i think she doesn't believe in monogamy or long-term committment is because she's never found the right person. her belief system is skewed because she hasn't been good at finding the right partner for herself. i also think she's a little loopy.
Well not everyone is lucky enough to find the right person. And the majority of those who claim they have are lying and pretending to the world. There is a very, very small pool of people who hit the relationship jackpot and a hell of a lot more who have settled and are faking or are being cheated on while they smugly judge everyone else.

i also rememeber having a very late night conversation with a couple of male co-workers in a bar we all worked at many years ago. they all agreed: a crazy, loopy, weird girl is a lot of fun to sleep with but you settle down with and marry a "normal" girl. that may be a bit of the problem for her, as well.

wow! i disagree with this negative point of view.

I see your point.
I would not say the majority but "many". IMHO truly happy long-term couples are not the norm.

Some not-so-happy couples may have found an arrangement that ultimately works for them for whatever reason, quite a few I encounter seem to have nothing to say to each other any more but are afraid of change.

Back to Cameron: I like those last few pics of her.

Cameron Diaz looked like she was working up a sweat on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday.

The 41-year-old actress started twerking up a storm in front of an actor dressed in a panda bear costume.

There is a chance that the Charlie's Angels star may have left the studio in New York City a bit smelly, having just revealed that she hasn’t used deodorant in twenty years.

I really like those turquoise earrings she's wearing!

i made a comment about one kooky actress, not a diatribe about the fallacy of happy unions.
95 percent of the women I've met who've rambled on about why someone hasn't settled down and found their perfect mate the way "they" have, usually ended up divorcing soon after their statements or finding out hubby was cheating all the while thereby ending up with egg all over their face. It's almost like clockwork. Just sayin.

OMG...the tangents and negativity in these threads lately is nuts. Some ppl GENUINELY find love and happiness and not all husbands and wives cheat. The pathetic ones do, but they can't be considered the norm. Maybe I'm a little too optimistic, but I would rather be that way than put a negative spin on every thing all the time. How draining...geez

i'm with you. i believe most people are happy with their partners and aren't pretending or lying about it.

I agree!
And why can't she just be happily single anyway? Why does that have to make her gay? Lol
She seems to love her men, just doesn't believe in marriage - hello Leonardo and Clooney.

You are living in a fantasy world. But I get why you need to, the truth is just too traumatic. I see the two sides of how men behave on a daily basis at work. Men behave differently when the wife isn't around. The percentage that don't is very small. Yes, they do exist, but they are few and FAR between. No one will actually tell you this, they'll just talk about you behind your back and feel sorry for you. It is what it is.

There's a big range of behaving differently though. Some men have an extra beer and tell off - color jokes. Other men have a fleet of mistresses. Big difference. And it doesn't mean that either man is necessarily unhappy in his marriage or that his wife knows. There are good husbands and bad husbands who are good fakers.

And I've seen a lot of culture differences over the years. Men in some countries rarely cheat and keep it pretty secret. Other countries expect men to cheat and have mistresses and they do.

On topic, I never thought of CD as gay. But she was with Timberlake, who married Biel and funded her girlfriend's and hers joint business, so who knows. CD just seems very powerful and independent and might not trust many men not to be gold - diggers.
