Def not leather...wore it twice and the tabs that close started to separate (the top layer from the bottom layer - leather does not do that!!). I was lucky to get a refund but I insisted since it the sales girl had sold it to me as leather. They charged $100 for this bag. The color was beautiful and it was I think a 14" but not worth $100 (not worth more than $40 if you ask me, just that with the satchel craze they are getting away with these higher prices).

Hmmmm yeah I rather get the leather. Even for my little girl. The reason I want it is because I want something that will last several years and not just one school year. She will be 8 soon and I think she can totally handle it. Plus she loves the colors and oh yes she loves leather! LmAo

Plus u could wear it too!! Also try Bohemia Design co. Those are leather too (thinner than Cambridge but not bad) and a little less expensive.

I think the price is ok for not being leather. If it was $60 and up, I would say cancel it. Did the seller mention anything about the materials in the listing?

Edited: this person obviously lied on her listing since she described the material as leather. But you got it for such a good price....

At least you didn't pay $108 (with tax) in some store on Madison Ave where the sales lady was clueless and told you it was leather. I FOUGHT FOR MY REFUND! :D For $28 I would have just kept it. But keep an eye on those tabs where you close the satchel because mine was defective and in a case like that you should be able to return it. And if you don't like it when you get it you should be able to resell it on eBay. Keep us posted!

I wanted something bigger but the 13 looks great on you and it seems like big enough definitely. I don't carry much with me.
