Hi all! I'm new to the forum and wanted to share my very first satchel. Its not a Cambridge 
but I still luv it! The color itself is so much fun. I luv it so much I'm going to order another one directly from Cambridge soon This one is a 14" and I have not worn it out yet so hopefully I'll have a better mod shot to post in the future!

Yeah, I don't know why it takes so long to ship even from Bloomies. And they don't have them in the stores - only online I was reading on the Cambridge site that theirs can take up-to 30 days to ship...that stinks! The reason is they custom make each one...I might just get one of the sale ones but they have minor defects...not sure yet but I def want one!!

Thanks love, I'll definitely check it out. I still wanna see it in person first because I have no idea how big it is or what the material is like, only seen pictures. They brought the Metallic ones here and some of the bright colors but alas they were sold out in no time
I have the 14' in purple that I bought directly from Cambridge Satchels. It took them about a week and a half from order to delivery.
The only thing I wish it had were false snaps under the buckles for easy in and out.

For those interested...found another place that has these but you don't have to wait as long as they already have them in stock. Also from the UK..check 'em out. Got a response today from the sales lady, here is what she said..."We have all of the satchels that are currently available on our website ready in the warehouse to send out whenever you order them. We are also expecting a delivery of all of the sizes and colours within the next two weeks. It takes us up to 3 days to fulfil an order from when we receive it, then up to 10 days for you to receive it after we have posted it. If you want easy magnetic buckles, and quick delivery, check out http://www.retrosatchels.com, they are also made in England, but you will not have to wait as the satchels are manufactured as soon as the order is received, and sent, also by tracked mail, as soon as they are finished which usually takes about a couple of days.
