Calvi card case owners.

I just had a look and I'm disappointed as there were very few leathers and colours to choose from.

Of course, I clicked with the highest expectations of finding the colours Rouge Casaque, Rouge Vif, Rose Mexico and an assortment of Hermès' finest leathers As often seems to be the case with Hermès, one can dream.

Cross-posting the same thing that I posted in the hermes.com thread before - looks like you can do personalized calvis (and basitas)! You can choose leather, colors, engravings, ...

They are currently available online at Hermes.com France, and I hope they become available elsewhere too, I would love one.

Interesting. You can get a Horseshoe Stamp without going through the Special Order process at the boutique for these SLG. I wonder if/when this will be an option in the US?

Oh wow!!! This could be very dangerous indeed -I love the idea of choosing my own colour combo's.
If they launch it in the UK I'll have to find the thread for what what people keep in their Calvi and Bastia's to find an excuse to order one

I absolutely love these too! I ordered my calvi from the French site as the price worked out a little cheaper, so I’m not sure but in the UK we may be able to order these from there too. I‘m trying to be good at the moment but I’m very very tempted to try ordering one, especially in swift . Let’s face it, this is the only horseshoe stamped item I’m ever likely to get directly from H

It’s annoying! Especially as I bet there’ll be some ‘special order’ calvis and bastias turning up on resale sites at an inflated price pretty soon!

I’m certain that a technologically stunted company, like whoever is in charge of H .com, would not/could not put together that customizable product webpage unless they had full intent to at some point launch it. My guess is that it accidentally went live before they intended and that we will see some sort of launch and announcement closer to the holiday gift giving season.

I think there was also a "personalize scarf" option at some point on Hermes.com France where you could add initials on scarves (I think it was France, maybe other places too). As far as I know it never became available in the US and not sure if it's even still offered on the countries that it was available for...these personalized options may just be limited?

Also - curious what the delivery time was quoted as for those who managed to place an order on the personalized calvi/Bastia.

I have made one but it wouldn't allow me to put it in cart so I shared it to my email in case it goes online again...

It's gorgeous!! I have to ask- what leather is this? I'm thinking it's not the usual offering and looks like ( can it be?) box??!!

I love this! Doesn't matter that it doesn't work, that I don't have my perfect color combo ( although that keeps changing by the minute), that its not available in the US, etc. It's just fun to play with the options and decide what I WOULD get if I could! It's worth it for the entertainment value alone
