As Stephanie, I'm from Milan, Northern Italy...And I love to cook!!!
Tonight I'm gonna eat Cotoletta alla Milanese, that is very simple and good!!!
You need
A pan with some olive oil (just fill the round, and a little bit more)
Flank pork steak (yes, pork!)
One egg
Grated dry bread (grated like parmesan)
Salt
Rocket
Cherry tomatoes
Extra virgin oil

Take your steak and pass it into whisked (as when you do "frittata") and salted egg, once for each side.
Then pass it (side to side) into the grated bread.
Make oil become hot (not boiling!!!) and put your steak inside.
It must become a little brown (don't burn it!)
Then put it on a blotting paper.
Serve covered with extra-virgin oiled rocket and cutted cherry tomatoes!!!

(MAKE SURE THE PORK STEAK HAS A BONE!!!)
