I love the trevi for its versatility. It works well casual and business. Although,I will say this, I think when you go casual you need to go real casual like t shirts and jeans because the trevi will make your outfit less relaxed and if you already start off with a serious button down then its not going to work all that well as a casual outfit.

I love carrying an LV to dress up my outfit, even if I'm only wearing jeans and flip flops - I think you'll look fine!

I think the Trevi can turn causal when worn on the shoulder, handheld is a little dressier. But really, wearing nice jeans, even a dressy bag is OK

ITA. The canvas material plus the pattern make it casual, IMO (though it can be dressed up as well).
