Callanetics Soft Shoes/Pumps

Hi

Does anyone know what sort of shoes/pumps they all wore on the old callanetics video's ? They looked like they were faux suede and pink in colour. It could be they were specially designed for her students at the time.

I took this excercise up very briefly in the early ninties but never got the gear to go with it, I am now taking it up again and want to be kitted out !
I also understand there is a new version of the callanetics on DVD but for now I would like to learn the original basics.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated

www.callanetics.com is the main site, but amazon.com sells the original video (10 years younger in 10 hours) now on DVD (this was the one first promoted on Oprah in the 80s). the *original* that started it all. Here's the link:

Not sure about the shoes, but they look like actual functional ballet shoes to me - something you could buy at a dance store. Maybe one of these!

Callanetics is amazing...haven't done it in a while but I have the original book and video on VHS. The BEST for whipping you into shape. I'm going to have to try it again myself! I basically have all the moves memorized so thankfully I don't need the DVD, though it'd be nice to do it with Callan, love her accent!!!! And what an amazing body
