It really is unfortunate that Bulgari has raised prices so significantly over the past couple of years. I purchased the demi pave Serpenti bracelet right after the first increase of the year (I was so annoyed!!), now I’m glad I did bc I never would have dreamed they would raise it again by so much this year. In the brand’s defense the price of gold has also gone up by quite a bit (over 50% in the past 3 years)…..not good for us jewelry lovers!
Even with a gold increase given the weight of gold how much of an increase are we talking about? Maybe a thousand? I don’t see how that justifies a 20k increase on the pave bangle esp when diamond prices have been dropping substantially.
Watching Bvlgari, I feel like I’m in my 20s, again. I didn’t have the means to buy a Chanel classic flap. I could only view from afar.

Oh I’m not saying the price increases are due to that alone. The brand is strategically increasing to be on par with Cartier (compare items between the two brands and you’ll find Bulgari is still the ‘better deal’….though not by much anymore and certainly won’t be by end of next year I’m sure!)
Bulgari is owned by LVHM…I expected nothing less. It was just matter of time (look at what happened with Tiffany)….
Very disappointing indeed. I personally liked Bulgari above Cartier and Tiffany because they have an “identity” (snake) and have been able to stay true to that for many years while releasing modern pieces. I also liked that they weren’t as mainstream (I still love my Cartier and Tiffany) so I could wear their pieces without additional eyes. The price increases are making me hesitate though.
My favorite bags are Bulgari but last time I went to the boutique a mini bag I wanted was for $5,600 and this was before the price increase. That same bag would have been around half the price only a few years ago. What has changed? The quality of leather? No. The crystals? No. The gold plated serpenti head? No. The boutique? No. I still love serpenti but increasing their pricing like this is making me think of Bulgari as a brand that’s trying to rip me off. What do you guys think?

I agree :/ I really like Bvlgari (esp Serpenti haha in case that’s not obvious), probably a bit more than Cartier and definitely waaaay more than Tiffany. The price increases in the last 2-3 years have been so crazy! I still love Serpenti but not sure if I will buy more. I’m just really glad I bought my pieces before all this madness.
Reporting from USA that plain rose gold serpenti viper bracelet $6600 -> $7050 post price increase.
I purchased it too before the price increase. I got it in March this year before the June and now October increase. I had no idea gold has gone up by 50%. Now regretting not purchasing gold in 2021.
It all makes sense now. I had no idea it's owned by LVMH

In another thread, I posted a screen shot in February 2024 of a ring I bought in 2018 (for $2800).
And now on the website it has gone up to over $4000 USD!
Btw, the naming has updated to clarify that it is the thin version.

Next price Increase will happen either before March. Average of 8 percent.
Bvlgari customers will know that white gold creations are usually entirely diamond paved but this is one the rare times they introduced new viper ring and bracelets with just the head and tail with diamonds.
Usually new products are not affected by the first wave of price increase but last year the new items increased as well.
Do you know if the "Save the Children" or B.zero1 collection will be increasing as well? Thankfully, I bought back in the fall before the last price increase, but will definitely consider other pieces before March.
