sorry this happened to you. we have that same setup for our mail and I don't like it as well as having our own mailbox at the curb. I hope if one our your neighbors got it they will return it to the PO and you'll eventually get it. I don't have any advice except I'd start by contacting Posh. And maybe try calling the local PO.

Thanks! Yeah, I don't like it either. I prefer all of my packages left on my front doorstep. I have a covered area that conceals packages from the street. I have never had anything stolen. My postman just came to my door and swears he delivered it. He says he thinks he scanned it as put in mailbox, but that it did not fit and put it on porch with the rest of my packages. It wasn't there with the rest of them. Oh well...we shall see what happens.

You may have done this already, but if not, submit a missing mail request with the post office. They track the GPS coordinates of the package when it is scanned as delivered and should be able to pinpoint the exact location. Unfortunately, this happens all the time in my neighborhood with mix ups at the lock boxes. Good luck! I hope you get your package!!

I get packages delivered to our house from fedex, UPS, etc. but never from the PO. the mailman always uses the lockbox. does your mailman bring some packages to your house?

Yes. The larger boxes. He puts some of the soft packages in my regular mailbox and the bigger stuff he will usually put on my doorstep. He hasn't used the lockbox in a while. It's just a big mystery. I am going through all of my boxes that I opened to make sure I didn't overlook it.

Sorry this happened to you. As an active fellow Poshmark shopper/seller this is definitely something I do not wish to happen to anyone.

Fingers crossed that everything works out for you :flowers:

Are you sure this is not a scam? I was recently scammed by a seller on Poshmark. Item said “delivered”, but when I clicked on the tracking, it said “item refused”. I never received the item, nor did I refuse the item. I contacted Poshmark, and after 2 weeks of investigation they concluded that it was a scam by the seller, and refunded me my money. My advise would be to look at the seller’s account more closely. I didn’t realize until after I made my purchase, that the seller stole the pictures from someone else, and never actually even had the item. If they only have 2-3 items listed, and recently joined Poshmark, they light be running a scam. Also, make sure that you dispute as soon as possible. Poshmark gives you 3 days, and then the seller automatically gets the money, unless you open a dispute. Good luck!

Update:

I spoke to the Cartier Rep on the phone per the 800 number, and she advised me to purchase the Anti-Tarnish cloth off of Amazon, stating it could completely remove the tarnish off the earrings. She was not wrong! It worked like a charm.

Recently at the boutique, the SA stated I could have the earrings sent to NYC, and they could restore it to "new" for $190, stating they think it's due to oxidation. Knowing gold can tarnish, I saved myself $190 and tried what the Cartier rep advised, and I am so glad I did!

Sunshine polishing cloths work wonders on gold jewelry, as well as the hardware on Louis Vuitton items!

I am just venting. I purchased a gorgeous Marc Jacobs Python embossed bordeaux Stam that looked to be in excellent condition. It was a very good price and I was so excited. Well, USPS states it was delivered to my locked mailbox - We have personal locked mail boxess and "lockers" for larger packages that we share within our grouping of mailboxes. There are about 4 lockers. If you have a package, the postal person leaves a key in your personal mailbox to indicate you have a package. There was no key in my box. I had other packages delivered to my front door that day (not this one). Now, tracking still shows delivered and I have no idea where my gorgeous bag is right now. I am still holding out hope it will show up, but that was 4 days ago.

I am hoping Poshmark will reimburse me for this purchase. I am not sure how I am going to prove that I didn't receive the item, but I didn't. Anyway, I don't want my money back, I want my bag! If I can't have my bag, I am hoping to get my $$$ back. So sad to think that beautiful bag could be floating around somewhere.
Whatever happened to this? In my experience, PM is really great with lost items. It's happened to me both as a seller and as a buyer. As the seller, my box was never scanned by USPS after dropoff (I suspect it's because I shoved it into an overfull box at the PO and it's possible some unscrupulous person stole packages that were accessible by shoving their arm into the top of the box). As a buyer, I experienced a similar thing to @rorosity where USPS scanned it as delivered to our lockbox. Turns out that week there was an issue with a thief who had access to the entire cluster of boxes with a master key. In both instances, PM refunded the seller and buyer.
