Hi, does anyone know if Orchmelia's page was taken down or is it just me?

The account that had many followers and was followed by some well known YouTubers was Orchmelia_ but I don't see that account now. Now the one that comes up in searches is Orchmellia (with a double L and no_). I have an ongoing payment plan with her and am now panicking if I was duped?!
Hi, were you able to resolve this issue? Is the new account legit? I am planning to buy something from her. Your feedback would be very helpful

Yes, I was very hesitant at first. But she's since contacted me (from the new account) ensuring that the new one is legit. Since that isn't proof of anything, I still waited a few days until her YT account (the one linked to her old Insta) also was updated to show her new Insta handle. Hope that makes sense haha.

My last payment (from the payment plan) completes mid August, so I can't attest to the product, shipping, authenticity etc but thus far communication and interactions have been okay.

Beware of Sellier Knightsbridge. I was in London in June and tried on a pre-loved Chanel jacket. I ended up not getting it while I was there, but kept thinking about when I got back home to the US. Once I was able to confirm that the jacket wasn't making it into the sale, I ordered the jacket via Sellier's website at the end of June. I was SO excited to get the jacket. When I pulled the jacket out of the box, I could immediately smell perfume. The jacket had strong strong perfume throughout it...super super fragrant. It's a lesage jacket, so I was reluctant to have my local cleaners attempt to eradicate the smell, and didn't want to risk doing anything that would make the smell even worse.

I am allergic to fragrance, I have an autoimmune skin condition & actually had patch testing done twice at the Mayo Clinic, so I take it very seriously. I recalled walking out the boutique and thinking it had a strong air freshener or perfume smell....but didn't think it would seep into the fabric of the products. It's not uncommon for me to find stores fragrant since I'm sensitive, I literally haven't been able to wear perfume, burn candles, use air freshener, or anything in 20 years.

I sent an email and then called the boutique the day after it arrived. They said they would accept the return and refund me, and then emailed me a DHL label. I dropped of the package at DHL that evening and the jacket was back in London two days later. I reached out two days after they received it and asked the status on the refund. They told me that they don't smell anything and refused to refund the jacket. It's absolutely insane to believe they don't smell anything, it was sooooo strong. I didn't have to pull it out of the box to smell the fragrance, and granted I'm sensitive since I can't wear it, but it's not believable that they don't smell anything. Their solution was to have me consign the jacket through them, and they would sell it...total bait & switch.

I've now filed a dispute through my credit card company. I share this experience so all are warned that this seller used deceptive selling practices, first by not disclosing anything about the smell on the listing, then getting the jacket in their possession by agreeing to a refund, and then gaslighting me, pretending that they don't smell anything. I felt obligated to share this horrendous experience, given the layers of deception, I find it difficult to trust this seller on anything moving forward, and wanted everyone to be cautioned that they won't stand behind their products. This is the first credit card dispute I've ever filed, most of the communications were done via email...I don't know what to expect, but will circle back with the outcome.

Hi, any one bought from wonderoyeye (based in US) before? Would like to know if it’s legit. Thanks

I can vouch for the purchasing process with them! I just purchased something from the 23B collection from them this week. I reached out last weekend about the new collection. Because I wanted them to source a unicorn and it was something they didn't have in hand, they required a deposit. They told me their price with 3-day shipping included, they only accept Zelle for domestic (USA) customers btw.

They were super responsive and were able to get me something fresh from the boutique when it dropped on Tuesday. They took a photo of the item while they were at the boutique and I was able to confirm if I wanted it or not. Then they got it shipped to them from the boutique instead of taking it home due to security concerns. I asked about tracking info and they told me that it wasn't provided to them. I thought that was a little odd but I did some research and it seems like some Chanel SAs don't provide tracking? They communicated that they should receive it within 2-3 days.

Once they received it 2 days later, I was sent many detailed photos of the item so I can inspect the quality and it was perfect so I OK'd it! They also sent a photo of the receipt at this point which they include in their full set! From there, I purchased package insurance and express overnight shipping for an additional fee because I wanted it sooner haha! They also told me that they often recommend that their clients do "hold at fedex" location so that the package for sure doesn't get lost or handed to the wrong person so I opted for that too. They shipped it the next day, and provided updates every step of the way. It's on its way to me right now so I can update later when I receive the item :)
