Hi I bought also from luxurytholic. Emma replied a week or two ago to me and say will get back to me on shipping updates. Hasn't replied yet again to me. Im wondering if they shipped the items to you without sending you the tracking number? I hope that's the case. I appreciate if they would reply to me about the shipment.

I am so sorry to hear this I was really lucky because it seemed like Eunice replied to me, not Emma. After Eunice came back from her sick leave, I got a reply back almost every day regarding my bag shipment. In order to get their replies quickly, I highly recommend you to comment on their post. It is the best way to alert them.
A member on this forum also had the same issues with you. The package magically arrived at her doorstep. However, Emma was not sure if she posted her package lol

Hello! Just want to give you an update. She did respond to my DM on IG about 10 days after I sent it. She was very kind and apologized for the delay. I ordered 2 SLGS that we’re delivered about a week later in perfect condition

I sent money to her few days ago. She said she shipped my package through DHL but when I ask her to provide tracking number ,she started ignored my message. It has been two days since no tracking number update. She still post pictures on instagram. I will file police report if she still ignore my message.
