I can PM the seller name, they usually have very cheap MK bags!!

Anyone regret purchasing any of their MK bags? Every time I purchase my MK bags I feel so excited and can't wait to use them. However there are times I just never took them out to use them and just store them on my shelves for a few weeks or even a month. In that case I just return the bags, that I never used. That's fine..... but for the bags I used a few times, I couldn't return them because of final sales, used, etc. Sometimes I find some of my bags not practical for my every day usage. There's been months or even a year that I didn't use particular bags and I regret purchasing it. Even though I got the bag with a very good price, if I'm not using it's going on a waste. Share your experiences here and tell me your opinions.

Sigh.....I am probably guilty of this. I can never make up my mind.
Plus I am in Australia and can't see most of the items IRL and can only decide by looking at the online photos which doesn't help.

You girls are lucky as you live in the USA and have a very flexible return policy.
If I purchase something that I am not happy with and haven't used it, the only way is to sell it which can be difficult to get my money back as there are too many counterfeit or factory seconds MK bags that seem to be a better deal to the untrained eyes.

Deep Pink Medium Sutton... although I should note that the regret didn't settle in until MK released the large Selma in Fuschia with silver hardware! :panic:

That's how is usually works for me!

I also regret not purchasing a certain bag released. For me, that list included a large selma in mandarin (although I recently scored one) and large selma in cadet.

Yeah talking about regret, I wish I knew MK better at the time the Jewel Selma were released. I couldn't find one anywhere now....

I regret purchasing a large selma in pear so I returned it. It just doesn't work for me. It felt too "summery" and I no longer spend money on seasonal handbags, its a waste of bag funds IMO. I put that money towards a new Gucci guccisima wallet in brown yesterday and I'm satisfied. This is one reason why I'm hesitant to buy anything from the MK boutique on sale because you cant return it, although my favorite SA has at times let me exchange for something else. She's a sweetheart. If a bag is just sitting on my shelf for weeks, back it goes.

You girls are really lucky in the USA.
In Australia, MK boutique will only allow an exchange if it's purchased within 7 days.
No refunds for change of mind.

And I just found out their Warranty has been reduced from 12 months to 6 months..
This is referring to Australia only.

My first Michael Kors was a Jet Set Travel Zip Top Tote in Bordeaux. I had been wanting an MK and I got it even though I wasn't crazy about the color. I didn't use it very much in the 6+ months I had it. MK came out with it in Iris, a very beautiful purple. Purple is my favorite color, so I swapped the Bordeaux out for the Iris. I use the Iris so much more! I'm glad I changed colors because now I know what an awesome bag it is!

Hamilton Traveler Colorblock Messenger which i got it for $90 from ebay

Gia Quilted Colorblock which retailed for $850 and I got it for $162

Keep the Gia! It is TDF!

I regret not getting a pebbled E/W Hamilton in black with silver hardware when it was on clearance at department stores. I have seen brown in the outlet, but for full price. I won't pay full price for black, which I want more than brown.

I regret buying N/W pebbled in black with silver hardware because while it is gorgeous, it has only been used once and sits in my closet because I pick other styles to wear instead. The smell of the leather is divine, but I don't really need that size. I have been trying to sell it now, but no luck as of yet.

I wish I had gotten a pebbled E/W because it looks roomier than the saffiano E/W I have

I regret my Large Navy Selma purchase :( I bought it on 25% off while i was in the states so the price wasnt too bad. I just hate that I dont use it, it just sits in the dustbag at the top of my shelf. I find it a little too small for the stuff i need to bring to uni/lab (also a bit too nice for the lab) but also a bit too big to take out casually when I have other smaller bags which fit exactly what i need
I regret buying my large selma in black, at that time the selma just came out and they only had the large size. I really like the medium size instead, but the large size fits my school stuffs but it looks bulky on me. I sold it to my friend since it doesn't fit my everyday usage now.

Was the Hamilton Traveler Messenger a BNWT for $90?
That's such a steal!!

So which one out of the two do you think you might regret?
Probably the hamilton, since I have the Hamilton travel in luagge that I haven't use it. Never the less, it's a steal!!

I see I a lot of fake MK bags coming from Australia. Especially the studded selma. I like how USA has a flexible return policy.

I bought the deep pink when it first came out and I ended up returning it because I didn't like that shade of pink. ;D the mandarin is such a pretty color, maybe that's why they rerelease the color again.

Yeah talking about regret, I wish I knew MK better at the time the Jewel Selma were released. I couldn't find one anywhere now....
>.<" same here I scored one around last year April, I occasionally see it on ebay as preowned. It's your best shot there!!! And also Yoox! I saw the optic white and powder blue once but for $400 something, I'm not sure if it's still there.

I hate how sale items from the MK boutique are final sale. I agree on saving money on bigger item, that's why I save up money and bought my speedyB recently :D but I can't resist skipping on good deals T.T That always gets me....

Really? I think the return policy is 30 days in US and sale items are final sale. That's not fair that the warranty only cover for 6 months...

Are Bordeaux and the Iris, the older color? because I have not heard about these colors, Would you should me the color Iris? since i also love the color purple too!

Definitely keeping the Gia!!! I have been eyeing this flap bag for a while at Nordstrom Rack but it's was selling the bag for $400, And yesterday I was bored and searching for MK bags on eBay, and found this GEM!!!

The last time I visited the MK outlet, I saw the N/W in Luggage and Black and the last time i saw the E/W in Macys was last May. If you don't mind getting preowned ones you can look at ebay, they usually sell it for $150 without lock or with lock. I'm planning to sell my E/W hamilton too because I rarely use now.

You can always get a preowned from ebay, it's roughly $150.

I'm sooo guilty! I have buyers remorse quite often. I try to keep the tags on anything I buy until I know for sure I want/need something that way I can just return them.

Usually good at selling the things I'm no longer loving, have no problems after I part ways... but I did get rid of my fuschia and luggage Selma bags in favor of different styles and had "sellers remorse" shortly after.

I kept wanting to make sure I had a variety of styles in my stash. Felt kind of guilty having multiples in one style but still wanted other colors. Different styles or same style in different colors, it all equals out to the same number of bags. :roflmfao:

So I'm throwing that feeling out the window! The style works for me :D and I get so excited to use them!

I'm not sure how to post a pic, yet. But when I do, I will post one for you! They also came out with a color called Pomegranate around the same time, but it was a little too bright for me.

I was hoping maybe I could spot one at TJMAXX or Marshall's
