so i thought i would do a reveal as it's been a LONG time since my last purchase... well just a month actually, but it's certainly felt like ages, eventhough i was supposed to be on a ban and not buy anything before my wedding

my first pair, is a LONG LONG LONG time coming. i first tried them on months ago at barneys during a mini-tpf meetup before i left NY... i fell absolutely in love, but was scared that i couldn't do the height... so i spent MONTHS agonizing between the 150 or 120 version... and finally, when i had made up my mind, of course they were all sold out in my size. i had to track them down in Geneva, Switzerland, and that was drama all on its own. it's too much to get into, but let me just say that Geneva is NOT very open to phone/international orders at all.
but finally, at long last, they pulled through, and i can finally say that these babies are mine...
