basically burberry blue label uses cheaper materials such as nylon and less leather. This explains the cheaper overall pricing. it's not inferior just different materials used in the contruction of the bags. It targets the teens in japan.

Whenever I go to Japan, a shopping spree at a Burberry Blue Label is a must! Although the quality of their clothes in general is pretty disappointing, the quality of their trench coats is not. I have a few and always get compliments on them!

I saw a store in Sydney selling Burberry blue label and this bag in 3 sizes... I thought it was only prorsum. I love this bag and want it OH so bad... but cant afford $1000 second hand.

but it's 100USD more expensive than u buy direct from Japan :)

Yee.Burberry Blue Label is only available in Japan.It's made in Japan too for the Japan market. I recently purchased 2 items from Japan; one a Burberry Blue Label bag and another a wallet....love it for the designs are so fresh and young.

I was looking through the burberry blue label website and found that most of the bags that are posted are new fall bags (maybe limited edition), mostly dark colors. My question is, if I go to the boutique in Japan or probably the Tobu department store, would they have the more classic checkered (pink or blue) bags? I would appreciate any comment. ;)

I know there is a shop in Pacific mall that shows BBL...although I am not sure if it's authentic of not..the price is certain very authentic tho...

btw does anyonw know if you can get a tax refund if you shop at the Ginza BBL boutique? Or is it only when u shop at department store?

i love burberry blue label, it makes me want to go to japan every year cos that's the only way i can buy it. Can spend a few thousand there but able to pick up a number of items.

I heard this too, so I sent my sister to check it out. She says that is a replica stand - like you see in some malls that sells fakes.

I am not positive of this because my sister is not purse crazy like I am.

Hi. Do you guys have any idea if they only have the latest bags in the department stores and boutiques because looking at their online site, only the newest bags (only one checkered bag) are available. I am planning on buying the more classic lighter colored checkered bags when I go to tokyo. Thanks much.

so you get a tax refund regardless of whether it's the Ginza BBL boutique or department store? I've only been to department store to get my BBL (like Isetan) and I need to go to another floor to get a refund. Do you get your tax refund at Ginza BBL boutique right away?

do you like the BBL boutique or department store better? how is it different?
