bumps or pimples from masks

I think some other people had this issue. I had some tiny pimple-like bumps on one side of my face from wearing a mask. I recently started using Neutrogena gentle face scrub and the bumps are pretty much gone.

I broke out so much from Vichy's Normaderm skincare line, and I only got it under control with a generic but gentle facial cleanser from the drugstore, COSRX snail essence, and Garnier's refreshing gel-cream as a moisturizer. I tried this combo again for bumps/acne from masks and still works for me. I have oily skin, so everything has to be lightweight.

I got these sleeping gel cream from Amazon and I just put it before I got to sleep and it definitely helped with mask pimples. All my giant pimples decrease the next morning. P.S it might not work for everyone but it worked for me.
