I totally agree with this. I held off on purchasing this bag because it was not my vibe. I didn't think that it looked that great. However, one popped up in store in November and my CA asked if I wanted it. I bought it and I love it. It's one of the best bags that LV has come out with. It's so versatile. It can be worn so many ways and styled with so many outfits.

I also heard from concierge services that the personalized version has been discontinued and so there is a lot of confusion depending on who you talk to. Who knows - it seems like there is so much conflicting info! But as @Loriad encouraged me to do… just keep trying! Don’t give up!

Would you be able to ask your SA if he could get one for me please? I’ve been looking for one for a year but no luck. I don’t live near a boutique so it’s so hard to find one. Thanks.

I think it depends on how the bag is worn. With the canvas lip covering the zipper, I am conscious about flipping the lip up before getting into the front compartment (I do this to avoid damaging the canvas by accident). Hence I use two hands every time I access the main compartment of the bag anyways. For things I need easy access to, such as my coin card holder and my phone, I put them in the back zipper compartment which is easily accessible with one hand with the bag worn cross body.
