My birthday is coming up and these are my two favorite jewelry collections. Which ring should I get? And if anyone has either would you guys mind posting pictures?
Oooof they are stunning!! 
Tough decision!
Personally I would go for Bvlgari over Cartier.
1) All the diamonds!!

2) I resonate more with snakes than with panthers. In many Asian cultures, having a snake tattoo is a sign of protection. While I'm not about getting a snake tattoo, haha, I am about getting snake symbolic jewelry.
If you have not tried them on in person, I high recommend you do.
Trying them on can be a huge deciding factor, especially when it comes to comfort and how it looks on your hand with your other jewelry.
Especially with the bands not being of perfectly circular shape, going in to try on for size is a must to make sure you find the right fit!

The Panthere and Serpenti are my two favorite collections too! I have the single head panther ring and the double-coiled Serpenti ring.
My vote goes to the diamond Serpenti ring
but honestly both are gorgeous! You should get both hahaha… (happy b-day!)

I love the panthere collection but in this case - the serpenti bling wins!
