Bulgari forever serpenti micro bag

The bag looks beautiful in the photo but I had quality issues with both my Bvlgari bags and horrible customer service that I can't recommend them.
That is such a shame to hear. Like the OP, I’ve been seriously interested in a few of the Serpenti bags, but poor CS by a luxury brand is a dealbreaker!
I only have 1 Bvlgari bag and had an excellent experience buying it but haven't had any issues that require customer service to know what that's like.
