thank you for your comment. Yes, I've asked in the store.
Here's what I was told: Water isn't that bad, it will get in the marble and make it darker but it will dry out, so the ring will go back to normal when it dries.
Bad for untreated marble are any acids. So you have to be very careful with spilled drinks (juice, coke, cocktail), while eating fruits, etc. If you get something on the ring, eg while eating an apple with yoiur hands, you should use water immediatly to get the spills off.
To be honest I just couldn't resist any more. I've been eyeing this ring for weeks and after 3 weeks (to be exact) of thinking about it, I got it. I really like the fact that every single ring is unique.

I wasn't into "designer" jewelry at all 'cause I'm best friends with a goldsmith. But this ring is really sth ;o) Now I'm hoping for this line to become successful so I can get matching earrings otherwise I will just go with the plain RG ones they have, since the marble is paired with RG.

Nevermind..i went inti my local store and saw them today...it is such a tough decision..i jave my eye on white or black ceramic with rg
