Hermeaddict, the same about Chanel, Dior and etc
They are pushy and cold. No chit chats with them, try being reserved and vivid, if you are hesitant to buy something, you are out, no interests, the only thing concerns, their ( Chanel, Dior, Hermes) stock is very good. Make a wish list and follow it.

Hello all! Am going to Brussels in a fews weeks and wanted to know has anyone been to H recently? Any advice? Am not looking to score a B/K, but maybe a Constance or a Kelly Pochette? If that doesn't work I am definitely looking forward to the waffles!!!! Tia!:heart:

I don’t want to sound *****y but if you are thinking scoring a birkin, Kelly, Constance in Brussels forget about it. Don’t even bother to ask they will told you reserve to local which is quite legit considering how many of those bags they get. And even for local you have to put yourself on the waiting list and some time it will be take seriously and other you could wait forever.
The staff isn’t specially cold I find them welcoming but for sure if you ask straight for those bags..
Considering the stock is not bad but for example the Chanel stock is ridiculous compared to big city specially the shoes.
Enjoy your trip to Brussels. Xx

Bumping into this thread to see if anyone has had positive experiences at the Brussels boutique ? I recently started shopping there and created a wish list on my first visit. The SA mentioned that it can take quite some time and I had to be patient. This list is valid for one year. Do you think I have to keep shopping for things to increase my chances to get offered a bag ? I'm interested in a few things but on my first visit everything I was interested in was not available. I know the system in Europe is quite different and some people get offered a bag without a huge shopping history.

I’ll just be pointless and say I love the Brussels store. Years ago, DH, DS and I went one September on a weekend trip ( a few hours by car). We went in and I asked innocently for a Birkin and lo and behold, they went to the back and took out a clingfimed box. My exact specs. Etoupe 30, PHW. No prior purchase, never been back since. It must have been cos DS was such a cute baby. I almost fainted from happiness.

Hermès Brussels is my local boutique and I do recommend it. Spending won’t help you to leave with a bag the same day.
It has happen that customer has been offer bags just like that, you can see the post up. I was also offer a Kelly 25 that way by asking in may 2020, I bought that day a coin purse so not a big spending . I was on the wishlist for something else, did refuse a few months back a Constance.
Since spring this year it is more strict it was confirmed to me by the SA in charge of the leather department, the directrice of the boutique.
If you were interested by item that they don’t have in stock the can ask for a transfer, if available it is fast.

At the end the boutique Brussels is like every other some customers have more privileges it’s even some time confusing.
I saw on Instagram in July a tourist how might have family in Belgium able to leave with two bags. A Constance limited edition and a birkin that her SA found for her. The more funny is that after her European trip everything was on VC including all of her Parisian purchase. That I don’t get it.

Thank you for your input. I bought a Bastia (the selection was quite poor) and then asked about a Kelly or Birkin knowing that my chances were very slim. The SA said that you have to be in the system and create a wish list to get a bag and we did that together. When I entered the boutique, I saw a woman receiving a gold Birkin and there was a Kelly in display.

I asked about a pair of shoes that was not available but she didn't offer a transfer. I do not live in Brussels but I plan to go back for a few things as it is not that far for me. What about other bags like Evelyn , Picotin, Roulis ?

I did never ask for an others bags.
Is you are far away from Brussels you can reach the customer service and maybe ask for the email of an SA. Like that ask what you are interested in.
