It never happen to me in Brussels. After if you are interested in other items she won’t bordered you with make up.
I walked in and got a bag in Brussels a few years ago. I askedfor a Roulis, and they did not have it. Then I asked for a mini Mosaique which was brand new at the time. The SA I talked to had never heard of it it seemed (!), but went out back, and voila!, it was there, gold on gold, the perfect bag for me

I'm planning to go to Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris and Rome this summer. Does anyone know if it a lottery system for appointments at the Brussels boutique (or Amsterdam or Rome) like in Paris? If so, what time does the appointment request open? Hoping to score a B/K without purchase history (though I am well aware that this may not happen).

Hello, no lottery system in any of those stores (only in Paris). Brussels works with the wish list system but it's very hard to get a bag, even for locals. They are only two stores in Belgium so very competitive.
Hi mes.joies.quotidiennes, do you have any updates on how it went with your wish list? I had a very similar experience last week, went into the boutique with quite some items I wanted to buy. But nothing was in stock and nothing could be ordered either. They did let me place a quota bag on my wish list though, but not sure if that means anything. She said it might take months or even over a year to get a call. Which was probably a friendly way of saying ‘don’t get your hopes up’.
I plan to go back every now and then to see if they have any items I want in stock, or if they can order something for me.

First time I was told very insistently that “I will sell you the bags here, but we have no stock” (she did add that quota-bags are waitlist only).
The other time no stock either, and I was told just to come by regularly as they did not know what they would get delivered.

Have you had any luck with items you originally wanted? Or been able to order some pieces?
I’ve read that if you regularly visit the boutique and inquire about your wish list item from time to time, it gets automatically extended. I hope you’ll hear something soon though!
Yes indeed, that’s what I’ve been told as well. Deliveries are very random and not as expected. Are you going to try again later for the nq bags?
So, does that mean anybody can be put on the wish-/waitlist for a quota bag? In my country its only allowed for locals (residents), but indeed the wish doesn't expire. When does it gets expired in Brussels?
Yes, I will try again. When I first asked for a Halzan 31 it seemed like that was just such an odd request that I could forget about it. But when I mentioned Della Cavelleria the SA seemed like she was expecting those. Fingers crossed for a white DC for me
