I love your brooches. I have been collecting for years, so I have a big collection. The one I have purchased recently is an 18kt diamond, ruby, enamel brooch. I thrift so it cost me only $2.50, but I am in love with it.

I should have polished this first before I posted pictures, but I wanted to get some opinions. I wanted to add a hidden bail to this Tiffany co pin so I’d wear it more but now I’m thinking I shouldn’t alter it. It’s an older piece, any opinions would be appreciated [emoji4]

Could you help a beginner collector out... what sort of designers should I keep an eye out for? Should I go high quality or get costume pieces I like?

And how do you all style your brooches? I'm worried I'll end up looking like an old lady Do you wear other jewellery with your brooches?
