Bought a fake bag. What should I do?

Is it better to open a SNAD because of the condition or the authenticity or both?

Well it's clearly not new - no one can dispute that - so rather than get into an authenticity debate I think you'd be best requesting a SNAD return

SNAD - and reason is that it's fake. That should be the main reason for the dispute. You can also mention condition.

Condition is subjective. Authenticity is objective.
